Director or Human Resources
Our consultants are recruiting nationally for a full-time, staff Director of Human Resources to join their team located in Middletown, IA. As Director, you’ll lead Human Resources for two sites (Middletown, IA and Milan, TN) supporting ~ 800 union, hourly and salaried employees. You will serve as a strategic business partner to the business unit leadership team, drive workforce planning and effective staffing to support consistent and stable operations within the business.
Associate Director of Talent Acquisition
•Plan and oversee all patient care or administrative operations and programs
•Recruit employees to ensure department is staffed with qualified personnel
•Assign cases and create schedules for all employees
•Coordinate and supervise staff providing constructive feedback
•Provide personnel with clinical training and opportunities for continuous development
•Evaluate performance and discipline employees when necessary
Director of Talent Acquisition
Build a strategy-hiring plan and setting the vision strategy and goals for the domestic hiring. Provide leadership for the domestic HR Business Partners and act as a strong role model, motivating for growth while driving a high level of performance and cutting costs. Collaborate with senior management and department managers to understand needs and provide talent strategies and workforce planning to attract top talent.
