Proven working experience as a Financial Controller or senior accountant CPA License preferred but not required 5+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience Advanced degree in Accounting Through knowledge of accounting principles and procedures Experience in creating financial statements Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process Excellent accounting software user and administration skills, Vista and Sage Timberline preferred. Microsoft office with proficiency in Excel Multi-tasking, attention to detail, highly organized, negotiating skills Construction experience preferred Works well with others
Chief Financial Officer
The CFO manages the accounting operations of the business, and is responsible for the direct supervision of all corporate accounting functions. As a key member of Senior Leadership, the CFO will report to the President/CEO and assume a strategic role in the overall management of the company. The CFO maintains an adequate system of accounting records and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk.
