Responsible for managing litigation, conducting research, drafting memorandum, and providing general advice and counsel relating to pre-litigation and litigation matters involving mortgage servicing operations. VP, Lending Compliance
Responsible for ensuring compliance with all state and federal lending regulation. Oversee and administer mortgage lending compliance duties as needed to support the Mortgage Lending Division. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures with adherence to all applicable federal, state and local regulations.
