Customer Site Executive

Position Summary

Provides a single point of contact for designated customer(s) in matters related to support and services.  Facilitates two-way communications between customer and Anthelio on relevant activities through correspondence and participation in operational, strategic and individual client meetings.  Creates a positive view of Anthelio to the customer and keeps abreast of the customer’s satisfaction level with Anthelio services.

Essential Functions

Manages the relationship between Anthelio and the client

Develops and maintains a comprehensive understanding of the customer’s primary operations, business environment, operational priorities

Maintains open and frequent communications with Anthelio management team in order to facilitate good communications between client and Anthelio

Participates in customer strategic and operational meetings to maintain a constant awareness of the customer’s key operations, strategic priorities, major initiates and significant issues

Assist client with the evaluation and prioritization of information technology opportunities based on the customer’s current business objectives and strategies

Ensures assigned customer is kept informed of Anthelio activities that directly or indirectly impact the customer’s services from Anthelio or their operations

Monitors and measures customer service levels against agreed upon performance standards

Maintains up to date knowledge of current information technology trends in healthcare

Leads the development and ongoing reinforcement of customer support agreements with the objective of ensuring consistent quality of service, support and system availability

Coordinate all activities and communications between the Anthelio team and the organization

Other Duties and Responsibilities

Actively supports and participates in organizational functions external to the division such as community projects and employee appreciation activities

Attends educational opportunities to expand understanding of the operational business of the healthcare industry

Performs other duties as required to meet departmental or organizational objectives.
