Our consultants are recruiting for a sales professional with 10 years of IT Sales experience and strong relationships in the Life Sciences industry. Additionally, a deep understanding of Information Technology sales and technology and/or professional services sales. Specific client knowledge of the modern complexities of business and technology, delivering the insights, solutions and outcomes that matter most. We deliver tangible business results by combining deep industry expertise with applied innovations in digital, cloud and automation across a comprehensive portfolio of consulting, applications, infrastructure and business process services. The primary role of this sales position is to generate, qualify, and closing new business at the C-Level, VP and Director level.
Hunting role, focused on new logo development
Applies a deep understanding of industry trends, business, financials, service offerings, the market, and the needs / challenges of assigned accounts
Understands and applies long-term vision of business/ technology direction for the organization
Drives services sales strategies that help drive exponential sales growth
Demonstrated ability to sell digital services (cloud, analytics, automation, apps to the cloud) as well as managed services, full IT Outsourcing solutions, application services and industry vertical solutions to include things like regulatory compliance solutions, digital solutions, mobile solutions, transformational services, managed services, application management/support.
Demonstrated ability & success at meeting and/or exceeding annual quotas of $12million TCV
Demonstrated experience selling to Life Sciences (Pharma, Med Device, BioMed)customer base
Requires strategic agility to interface and successfully influence multiple executives within the customer organization
Sells to regional, large national and global accounts
Focuses on selling services solutions across geographies
Anticipates how market and competitive factors will influence the selling of services
Design and implement sales strategy to achieve sales quota
Ability to assess potential sales opportunities and develop value propositions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrates boardroom executive presence
Ability and willingness to travel 40% of the time
