The National Director of Pharmacy – SRT contributes to the organization by creating a bridge between Pharmacy and other organizational service lines such as Department of Medicine, Public Health, Marketing and all the support teams within the organization to “radically cooperate.” The National Director of Pharmacy – SRT enhances the reputation of the organization by directing the training of others in the workflow and overall services of the organization’s Pharmacies. You will be a passionate advocate for our top initiatives.
To be successful as the National Director of Pharmacy – SRT, it is crucial to ensure that the Core Values and Mission stay top of mind with all that you do. The National Director of Pharmacy — SRT will work as a part of a close-knit team to be proactive in assisting in the development and implementation of new systems and procedures in collaboration with the Performance Improvement and IMM teams.
Licenses and Certifications: Active Pharmacy license in resident state, AAHIVP credentialing, and others as needed.
