We are looking for an inspirational Vice President of Equality Recruiting & Strategy to join a large, dynamic, and growing recruiting team within Employee Success. Reporting into the Executive Vice President of Recruiting, this leader will drive equality recruiting strategy, including managing a team of ~35 Equality Talent Partners while creating and implementing equality recruiting programs. The vice president will help to win the hearts and minds of key stakeholders while championing programs to provide greater access to equality. The vice president will improve upon our equality recruiting strategy, ensuring candidates have a uniquely positive experience from first introduction all the way through to their on-boarding.
