Senior Director Global Operations

Job description
Liaise with the account leadership team to make and implement decisions for operational activities aligned with strategic goals.
- Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of operations to ensure consistent and quality delivery of IT services.
- Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements.
- Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation.
- Oversee customer operational processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability.
- Work with project managers to develop budgets for special programs.
- Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation.
- Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors.
- Evaluate overall operational performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
- Working with tower heads and senior Management to get the best performance from staff.
- ensure compliance and conformity of IT services delivered to the client established regulations.
- Job Requirement
- Minimum of 10 years of management and operations experience.
- Managing onshore and offshore teams covering different time zones.
- Proven experience as Director of Operations or equivalent position
- Due diligent, proactive and problem solver
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Outstanding communication and people skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellence and expertise in financial management, administration and IT operations
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
- BSc/BA in Computer Science or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus.
