We’re recruiting for an experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to work out of the corporate headquarters in Chicago. This person will be a key figure in the company and join the executive team and assume senior-level management responsibility overseeing the planning, development and execution of the organization’s marketing initiatives. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CMO’s primary responsibility is to build the leading mortgage brand and generate revenue by increasing sales through successful marketing for the entire organization, using marketing research, product marketing, marketing communications, advertising and public relations.
The CMO may also be involved in sales, new business development, and customer success. The CMO will also focus on ensuring the organization’s message is distributed to targeted audiences in order to meet sales objectives and will include finding new ways to deliver the message such as mobile, video and social media.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 15 years of overall marketing experience with 5 or more years as CMO for a high-growth company. In addition, we need someone who is comfortable in a dynamic environment.
Candidate will be required to demonstrate past portfolios and success via creative campaigns, establishing new brands, sales marketing, online lead generation, social media excellence.
