The Supervisor of Ryan White Medical Case Management Programs (MCMP) contributes to the success of the Ryan White Case Management Programs by managing the daily work flow to achieve high quality care management delivery and positive clinical outcomes, while meeting the administrative and contractual performance targets, documentation standards, and billing requirements of the Ryan White Medical Case Management Programs. Key responsibilities of the Supervisor of Ryan White Medical Case Management Programs include assisting the Regional Director of Ryan White Medical Case Management in organizing the Department to assure ongoing monitoring of performance, maintaining up to date policies, procedures and evidence based standards, communicating company goals, ongoing education of staff relative to clinical and programmatic updates, maintaining the program operations in an “audit and accreditation ready” state at all times, and maintaining a client caseload.
The Supervisor of Ryan White Case Management Programs works directly with the Regional Director of Ryan White Medical Case Management in developing a standardized, statewide orientation and will be responsible assuring each new hire is provided tools and training for a successful work experience. The Supervisor of Ryan White Medical Case Management Programs is responsible for following up with the Regional Director of Ryan White Medical Case Management to assure the Program onboarding process has been completed for each new hire, including expansion projects and clinical needs.
