Chief Financial Officer
We are looking for a CFO to accelerate the business's booming growth In China & Asia markets. As a key member of the Executive Management team, the CFO will report to the President and assume a strategic role in the overall management of the business. The CFO will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial related activities for the company. This will include direct responsibilities for accounting, finance operations, budgeting & strategic planning, manufacturing operation & inventory costing, supply chain management, audit & compliance and private & institutional financing.

Job Responsibilities
Planning and Execution – develop strategic and operational plans, manage execution, and measuring results; contributes to the development of long-term strategies and plans for the business; create and manage strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the business;
Financial Management – manage the business financial management, accounting operations, treasury and tax planning functions in a timely and professional manner; guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring and enforcing accounting policies and procedures; provide entrepreneurial leadership with a framework of prudent and effective controls which enable risk to be assessed and managed;
Commercial Partnership – work closely with and commercial team provides data-backed analytic to support brand campaign execution including ROI on calculation on marketing investment activities; support direct sales, distribution and e-Comm strategies executions includes pricing/costing/margin/inventory analysis;
Supply Chain – work closely with supply chain team to support Asia factory launch; streamline and optimize the manufacturing process and costing for the merchandising; assist analysis on capital budgeting and end-to-end from raw-material sourcing to the end-customer delivery executions.
People Leadership – train the finance function and other staff to raise awareness, professional knowledge of financial management matters and enhance performance standards; keep abreast of the trends in financial management practices and relevant legislative changes that may affect the business
Profile
The ideal candidate will be a degree qualified seasoned finance leader with proven track records in retail/FMCG related industry. In order to fill this important senior financial management position, we are looking for a candidate with the following skills and experience: degree educated or above in Finance/Accounting, Economics or related discipline; member of the CPA/ACCA/CFA or equivalent; +15 years of relevant and rounded finance professional experience; strong business acumen and coordination skills, good at building consensus among a variety of stakeholders; strong leadership, communication and presentation skills with the capability to articulate and support rationale of a decision; fluent in English and Mandarin; self-starter, intelligent, resourceful; hand-on and detailed-oriented; high level of integrity and trustworthiness; builds teams and empowers others. Experience of building up factory will be nice to have.
