Responsibilities
Manage the business opportunities at a premiere Payor account within the Healthcare space; to help ensure is positioned to capitalize on opportunities by providing high-quality services
Capable of driving content-rich discussions at the VP and Director level of the client to discover needs and connect the dots from those needs to our service capability
Develop relationships with C-level executives, board members, and alumni at assigned accounts; coordinate relationship-building activities with appropriate partners, engagement managers, subject-matter professionals, and other personnel on the engagement team(s) in an effort to help ensure they are well-advised on important matters.
Implement a sound process for moving from discovery to solution to booking and adapt that process within a similar sales process
Create leads and opportunities; manage the overall sales process and supporting relationship-building process; assist with proposal development, focusing on the value proposition, key differentiators, and win themes
Meet booking goals at assigned accounts and report and measure progress against quarterly goals with national and industry leadership and performance manager
Qualifications
Minimum of fifteen years of demonstrated business development, sales, and client management experience in professional services; a deep understanding of healthcare payors is desired
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Business or a related field or equivalent experience
Ability to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills that have resulted in business relationships of trust, confidence, and results
Experience developing and leading relationship-building activities with C- Level executives within healthcare payor organizations
Demonstrated success in identifying, initiating, and nurturing new or ongoing business opportunities
Ability to travel regularly
