We are currently seeking a Sales Senior Director - Cloud to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

As a Sales Senior Director, you will be responsible for maximizing opportunity across our Cloud business as part of our newly-launched Digital Transformation Services team.

Preferred qualifications:
Serves as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding the business and advising on industry-leading digital and cloud integration solutions to streamline business operations, improve agility and adapt to changing technology needs
Sponsors and institutionalizes new and innovative ways of working in teams to meet clients’ needs and objectives
Able to assess and assist in qualifying potential sales opportunities and developing value propositions to help maintain a qualified pipeline of opportunities
Previous experience using personal and business networking techniques to identify and establish new relationships which lead to qualified meaningful opportunities
Fluent with SaaS technology and how it complements other business technology
Expert in the Software and Application Development industry and understands how it complements other business technology/software
Cross-functional leadership to successfully partner with other teams including vertical sales, solutions, delivery, partners, and marketing in driving cloud sales
Responsible for analyzing existing and anticipated client requirements and finding solutions for them within the organization and/or its partners
Extensive contacts with C-suite executives
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
4 years of experience in a matrixed-managed environment. Ability to thrive in a matrixed managed team environment. MUST be a team player.
You will coach and mentor sellers on your team
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years as a sales professional with a proven track record of selling Digital Transformation, Applications, BPO or Infrastructure Services and successfully meeting or exceeding quotas
Minimum 4 years of experience selling Cloud technology and an understanding of the importance of solution and delivery
Bachelor’s degree or 10 years professional experience
