What You'll Do
Strategy - Develop and execute tailored recruiting strategies to source, evaluate, and select candidates for open positions across the company; Collaborate closely with each hiring manager to thoroughly understand requirements for each role
Source - Ensure recruiters identify promising recruiting sources and conduct outreach to promising candidates
Manage Recruiters - Identify and manage a team of staff and contract recruiters tailored for each role type
Compliance - Ensure adherence to applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies
Onboarding - Partner with HR and recruiters to ensure a "red carpet" onboarding experience for new hires
What You'll Need
10+ years of recruiting experience preferred
7+ years of experience as a manager preferred
Experience with a media organization is preferred
Experience managing an Applicant Tracking Systems (we currently use Greenhouse)
Deep understanding of candidate sourcing strategies and techniques
Strong knowledge of federal and state hiring laws
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Positive, can-do attitude
