About The Team
We are thrilled to be looking for a Head of Talent Success to set our talent strategy and enable all to do their best work. You will work with Senior Leadership to define and align our talent strategy closely to our business strategy. You will use your expertise to guide and nurture employee career growth, embedding DEI and our company values into all aspects of Employee Experience and Learning & Development programs. You will work with leaders of all levels to develop their impact in the business and managing healthy teams as we grow.

Reporting directly to the SVP People, this role is critical to the success of the business as Cribl continues to scale, mature and expand globally.

Lead: lead, coach and develop a small team of DEI, Employee Experience and L&D professionals

  • Set strategy and scale programs: create function strategy and roadmap connected to company talent strategy; design, implement and measure programs that embed our values - Customer First, Always; Irreverent, but Serious; Curious; Transparent; and Together - and are designed to scale

  • Learning and development: engage and enable all our goats to do their best work by developing and implementing L&D programming, managing our LMS and other virtual platforms, and leading our leadership development curriculum

  • Career development and internal mobility: improve career development framework and partner with our Head of TA to create an internal talent marketplace (internal mobility program)

  • DEI: Embed DEI mindset and behaviors of inclusion into all our people programs, processes and employee experience initiatives, while also setting clear goals we hold our leaders accountable to achieving

  • Employee experience: define and support the employee experience journey and embed our values in all employee touch points

  • Talent management: Work closely with the People team and senior leadership to identify and implement succession and talent development frameworks so we can ensure we have the right people in the right roles at the right time.

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum of 10 - 12 years experience in learning and development and organizational effectiveness

  • Strong team leadership experience, ability to create a psychologically safe team environment, rallying a team around a vision, and supporting team growth and career development

  • Experience scaling processes and programs in remote, high-growth global technology companies and global environments

  • Systems thinker with experience driving sustainable change

  • Able to influence with and without authority and navigate complex global dynamics

  • Data-driven approach and ideally design thinking experience

  • Innovative approach to DEI strategy; able to drive mindset and behavior change at all levels in the organization

  • Lead with an inclusive, collaborative and growth mindset, combined with an organized and disciplined approach to project management

  • Balance courage, creativity, and a growth mindset to bring a solution-oriented approach to solve complex challenges with a sense of urgency

  • Anticipate stakeholder needs, gain commitment, and execute skillfully, in service of our company’s mission

  • Strong technical, business, Talent and Organizational Development acumen, with knowledge of DEI

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience operating within a global, remote-first environment

  • Prior experience as an HR Business Partner

  • Coaching certification

Salary Range ($175,000-240,000)
