Our client is seeking a high-impact executive with a broad strategic perspective and a proven record of success in growing businesses. This Executive will be delivering solutions to problems, and developing and implementing sound internal processes from the ground up. The Vice President Consulting Services (VPCS) will have full P&L responsibility for Healthcare (Payer and Provider) clients delivering business consulting, systems integration and IT services within the Pennsylvania region. We’re in search for an Executive with proven performance leading accounts of more than $20m revenue per year and managing hard-working teams for profitable organic growth. Specifically, this role will be responsible for growing and maintaining client relationships, contributing to client strategy, and developing opportunities in the IT services framework with existing clients and target prospects within the Health industry, specifically payers and providers.

Future duties and responsibilities

The successful executive must know how to lead and mentor a portfolio of projects as well as manage client happiness. This business leader will also drive strategic planning, management and direction of bid and proposal (B&P) resources, target identification, collection strategies, proposal management, contract award, and customer relations. This executive collaborates with counterparts across the health ecosystem to ensure best of breed solutions are brought forward to customers and ensures CGI is appropriately positioned within the health industry.

Your future duties and responsibilities

  • Must currently live or relocate to the greater Pittsburgh metro area.

  • A minimum of 10 years of business development and executive relationship-building experience with a track record of year-over-year growth.

  • Solid relationships with key Health industry organizations personnel in core business lines within Pittsburgh.

  • Deep health industry domain expertise, particularly in the areas of payer operations and products, delivery business and technology solutions

  • Overall accountability for the growth and service delivery to our health client(s).

  • Demonstrated history of winning large, IT and business consulting contracts.

  • Past experience following health industry trends and aligning trends to offerings for discussion with client senior management.

  • Ability to constructively influence and interact at the highest levels of the company and client organizations. Excellent interpersonal skills and highly effective social skills are required as well as an ability to convey confidence through past experience.
