Pailin Group consultants are currently recruiting nationally for a family practice or internal medicine physician at an HIV primary care outpatient facility. You will be seeing an average of 15–18 patients per day. There are great opportunities for growth and leadership. You will be working alongside a full team of healthcare professionals. You will need to be board certified or board eligible if you are a resident. H-1B visa holders are also encouraged to apply.

This full-time position offers a competitive compensation package plus quarterly and retention bonus up to $25,000.   • Must possess a Medical Board license MD/DO/RNP (State specific) in Internal/Family Medicine/Adult Gerontology/Infectious Disease

  • Valid DEA & Furnishing license

  • Comfortable seeing up to 15–18 patients per day

  • Prior experience or interest in treating and diagnosing HIV/AIDS clients in an outpatient Primary Care setting

  • Must obtain AAHIVM Certification within 18 months of hire

  • Current CPR/BLS (Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation) is required

Education and/or Experience
Doctorate degree (M.D., Ph.D., R.Ph.) or equivalent; or more than 10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.  Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.  Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format.  Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.

Mathematical Skills
High Skills:  Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.  Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, rations, and proportions to practical solutions.

Reasoning Ability
Highest Skills: Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems. Ability to deal with nonverbal symbolism (formulas, scientific equations, graphs, musical notes, etc.,) and its most difficult phases.  Ability to deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables.

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations
Valid licensure as a medical doctor in the State of Employment.
Valid DEA certificate.
Certification as mid-level supervisor.
