SVP Health Plan Sales

Provide leadership and strategic direction of the Health Plan segment with approximately $40B in total revenue. Accountable for client retention satisfaction, retention and overall enterprise growth. Build strategic partnerships with C-suite level Health Plan executives to drive growth and profitability. This role will be responsible for all of Health Plan client relations, account management, and clinical support.
Provide leadership and strategic direction of the Health Plan segment
Develop and execute retention and growth strategies across the health plan portfolio and joint venture opportunities
Manage the P&L of the Health Plan portfolio, minimizing risk and identifying strategic capabilities
Ensure operational efficiency within a very large, highly matrixed and complex operating environment
Executing on the talent strategies to continue developing and retain top talent
Required Qualifications
15 years of experience required
Preferred Qualifications
MA/MBA preferred
Education
B/BS required
