Director of Clinical Services

Specific Responsibilities include:
Oversight for clinical and programmatic adherence to all grant and contract requirements and provisions.
Ongoing monitoring of clinical results and outcomes, and preparation of reports thereof.
Maintenance of overall clinical and administrative quality assurance for the department.
Development and implementation of appropriate clinical evaluation protocols as required.
Maintenance of clinical partnerships as required and needed, such as the provision of leadership for the local computerized case management system.
Direct clinical supervision of the nutrition, housing, and case management team leaders, and direct supervision of all other case management staff.
Participation in the Management Team.
Job Qualifications:
years related management experience. LISW preferred.
Knowledge of HIV/AIDS and the range of local, state, and federal programs that provide benefits to people with HIV/AIDS.
Demonstrated experience in clinical management of a multi-task, social services agency or department.
Ability to articulate and implement a comprehensive clinical vision and strategy for the agency. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated experience in managing community relations and the solicitation of consumer input in program design. Demonstrated experience in the clinical evaluation of existing programs, and in the strategic development of new services designed to meet consumer needs. Demonstrated experience in adherence to quality assurance protocols.
