Job Description
Looking to hire a Sales Director to help develop and execute new opportunities in our Americas region. This candidate will be focused on driving sales growth in North and South America via a rigorous sales process that includes outbound prospecting, inbound marketing and funnel management. They need to be able to drive value-based, consultative interactions with prospective customers with the goal of identifying areas of challenge and the associated opportunity for solutions. They will Identify and drive new customers and negotiate new agreements to meet the customer’s needs as well as the company’s financial requirements. The Sales Director must remain updated on industry, market and competitive trends and be able to develop and manage relationships at the senior executive level.
Job Requirements
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Job Requirements
5 years experience in the aviation IT industry and international airline environment
· 7 years experience in sales and business development
· Demonstrable history of sales success from complex technical sales propositions; Strong organizational, networking, relationship building
· Superior negotiating skills
· Strong commercial and business acumen
· Ability to work as a team and individually
· Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and time management skills in order to successfully complete carriers’ RFPs
· Bilingual in Spanish a huge advantage
· Travel required up to 40% and agility to work flexible hours
