Health Care Facilities Manager

Our premier client is the largest specialized provider of HIV/AIDS medical care in the nation. Their mission is to provide cutting edge medicine and advocacy, regardless of ability to pay. Through their healthcare centers, pharmacies, health plan, research and other activities, they provide access to the latest HIV treatments for all who need them.

The Facilities Manager contributes by managing and supervising maintenance technicians in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. In this role you will be in charge of overall facilities staff management, including interviewing, hiring, and training facilities employees, planning, assigning and directing work, evaluating staff performance, rewarding staff and addressing performance improvement; handling complaints and resolving problems within the area of coverage. In this role based in Dallas, Texas, you will have the opportunity to spend 50% of your time-out in the field and at sites and the other 50% of your time handling administrative work.


The Facilities Manager enhances the reputation of the organization by managing the overall work and performance of the maintenance technicians assigned to work on maintenance and/or reconditioning projects for existing facilities. In this role, you will plan and implement construction projects including: studying specifications, determining starting and completion times, and setting up staffing patterns.

The Facilities Manager will work as a part of a close-knit team to ensure overall administration and operations of facilities.
