The Facilities Manager contributes by managing and supervising maintenance technicians in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. In this role you will be in charge of overall facilities staff management, including interviewing, hiring, and training facilities employees, planning, assigning and directing work, evaluating staff performance, rewarding staff and addressing performance improvement; handling complaints and resolving problems within the area of coverage. In this role based in Dallas, Texas, you will have the opportunity to spend 50% of your time-out in the field and at sites and the other 50% of your time handling administrative work.

By coordinating the timeliness of these services, the Nurse Manager can help ensure the patient is receiving the highest quality of care that enhances the reputation of the organization,and encourages clients to continue to seek medical treatment from Healthcare Centers.

Physician

The role of a Physician is vital to helping with our mission to provide prevention outreach to our clients. Within their duties, this position maintains standards for productivity set; such as adequate provider staffing in the healthcare center to ensure the smooth flow of patients. In addition, the Physician is responsible for projecting and integrating the Mission and Core Values of the organization.
