Supports the growth of the Medical Group and the Health organization by establishing and maintaining central coordination of the physician recruitment functions. This position is involved in all phases of physician and other healthcare providers employment such as recruitment, screening, interview coordination, and placement activities.
Associate Director of Talent Acquisition
•Plan and oversee all patient care or administrative operations and programs
•Recruit employees to ensure department is staffed with qualified personnel
•Assign cases and create schedules for all employees
•Coordinate and supervise staff providing constructive feedback
