The end application or service will ultimately enhance the productivity and efficiency of patient care.
The IT Manager of Global Application Development works mainly with global departments, on a daily basis. It is significant for the IT Project Manager to maintain relationships with global departments. The IT project manager follows Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies to design, develop, test and maintain applications.
The IT Manager of Global Application Development ensures the application development area uses sound practices and processes for implementing custom developed and packaged solutions. The IT Manager of Global Application Development maintains productive management level relationships with the global business functions.
The IT Manager of Global Application Development ensures business area requests for application development services are understood, prioritized and addressed to improve reliability, productivity and quality of IT services.
Furthermore, IT Manager of Global Application Development ensures production systems are performing well and operating without defects to facilitate improvement in customer service and satisfaction.
