Requirements for the Role:

• Bachelor's degree

• 10 years of experience

• Workday, Strong knowledge of HRIS, Employee Relations Ticketing Systems

• Makes data driven decisions to positively impact employee experience while supporting organizational objectives

• Deep knowledge of turnover data and how to accumulate and measure key data points and translate them into action plans

• Google Suites, Microsoft Office suite specifically Excel and PowerPoint

The Vice President (Branch) is responsible for development and implementation of the strategic vision and planning of a branch.
