Chief Executive Officer

This CEO candidate should have tech-enabled, customer-centric services industry experience to lead the company’s development and expansion. The CEO will be responsible for guiding the strategic direction of the business as well as seeing through a vision for success. This person must bring a hands-on approach in establishing key analytics and performance drivers in a fast-paced and high-growth business. Similarly, this person will hone relationships with proven practitioners, provide oversight in the build of our business model, and participate in our broader efforts to educate patient and medical communities on the efficacy of our solution.

The role of a Physician is vital to helping with our mission to provide prevention outreach to our clients. Within their duties, this position maintains standards for productivity set; such as adequate provider staffing in the healthcare center to ensure the smooth flow of patients. In addition, the Physician is responsible for projecting and integrating the Mission and Core Values of the organization.

President and Chief Executive Officer

The President and CEO reports to an engaged, dedicated, and high energy 25-member Board of Directors, comprised of regional community members and business leaders. The position oversees 39 staff members, an operating budget of approximately $7 million, assets of $19 million, and is projected to raise $9 million in the current budget cycle.
